The My Virgin Media app is the easiest way to manage your Virgin Media account on the go – and it’s available to download for all new and existing Virgin Media customers
You can view your bills and package details, check your service status, make quick and easy payments and much, much more. It makes staying on top of your Virgin Media account amazingly simple.
What’s more, you can even switch between and manage your Virgin Media accounts at the touch of a button. Even simpler!

We’ve also recently added some excellent new features to the app, including help and information on your Virgin Media services, tracking and changing your upcoming appointments, and a more secure and fast way of logging in.

Switch between your accounts on the fly
We know you want to be able to view all of your Virgin Media accounts in one handy little place. The Account Switcher feature on the My Virgin Media app let’s you do just that. Simply navigate to Add more accounts within the app and follow the onscreen instructions. Once that’s sorted, just tap Accounts in the top right to easily switch between your broadband, TV and home phone account, and your mobile account.
Secure and fast login
We want to help keep your information as secure as possible, so we’ve added PIN, fingerprint and Face ID to the app.
Get lightning-fast access to your bills
The My Virgin Media app allows you to look at your bills from the past 12 months, including any recent charges. Plus, make debit or credit card payments if you don’t pay already by direct debit.
Keep an eye on your service status
Got an issue with your service? Stay on top of what’s going on by diagnosing any problems and finding out when you’ll be back up and running. You can also sign up for text updates on issues we’re fixing.

If you have got a Pay As You Go plan, remember to register for a My Virgin Media account first).
