You are the Traveler, an interstellar adventurer in the fantasy world of Teyvat, who has been separated from their twin. As you search Teyvat’s seven nations, you’ll meet wild and wonderful characters and start to unravel the game’s mysteries. Stunning anime-style graphics make it fun simply to explore its beautiful world, but the gameplay is unpredictable and compelling too.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2: Heart of Chornobyl

This sequel to the 2007 Ukrainian hit is an unusual blend of first-person shooter and immersive sim, with plenty of horror elements to keep your senses stretched taut. The basic premise is that you’re exploring an irradiated zone to check for anomalies, but don’t worry – you’re not just here to file reports. There are mutant creatures out there, and some of them are dead set on sucking your blood. Inventive and beautifully designed, it’s a world you’ll want to spend time in.

This total indie gem is an out-of-this-world space sim that captures the real-life gripes of adulthood through the multiple eyes of tattooed fox, Wilbur.
