To help the TiVo box reconnect to our system, switch it off at the wall or set the switch at the back of the TiVo box to 0 and unplug the power cable. Don't switch it back on just yet.
Make sure all the cables connect firmly into the TiVo box and the back of your TV. Check that the TiVo box power switch is in the 'on' position, ready for turning the power back on at the wall.
To check if your connection is restored, switch the TiVo box back on at the wall or reinsert the power supply. Make sure the switch at the back of the TiVo box is on 1.
