Turn the power off at the wall socket. Check the V6 box power cable is firmly plugged in to the wall too.
Make sure all the cables connect firmly into the V6 box and the back of your TV. Check that the V6 box power switch is in the 'on' position, ready for turning the power back on at the wall.
Switch the TV box back on at the wall or reinsert the power supply to check if your service is fixed. Make sure the switch at the back of the box is on 1.
