Step 1
Press 'Home' on your Virgin remote
Make sure your TV is turned on and press 'Home' on the remote to get to the main menu.

Check your audio settings
Follow these steps to get the correct settings. Choose Help & Settings > Settings > Audio > Dolby Digital > and select the 'Dolby Digital to PCM' option.
