How to change your email address for My Virgin Media



When you sign in to My Virgin Media to manage your Virgin Media account online, or sign in to one of our apps, we’ll ask you to enter your registered email address and password.

You’ll have chosen your email address and set a password when you registered for My Virgin Media.

How to change the email address you use to sign in

Changing the email address you use to sign in to My Virgin Media is easy. Just make sure you change it to an email address personal to you, and not an email address that belongs to someone else.

  1. Sign in to My Virgin Media using your current details

  2. Select Account settings

  3. Then tap on Account details

  4. Next to where you can see your email address, select Edit

Help if we’ve asked you to change your email address

If you currently sign in to My Virgin Media using an email address that ends in @virginmedia.com, @ntlworld.com, @virgin.net, or @blueyonder.co.uk we need you to change this to another email address.
