Subscribed to Sky Sports but don’t have a 360 box? Don’t worry, you can still catch all the best action from Sky Sports+ by upgrading your Virgin TV box – at no extra cost. Just give us a call on 0345 454 1111, or 150 from a Virgin Media phone.
How to watch Sky Sports+ with Virgin Media
There are plenty of ways for you to access Sky Sports+ as a Virgin Media customer. The easiest? Hit the red button on your remote when you’re on any paid-for Sky Sports channel and enjoy all the live action at the touch of a button. Only available to Virgin TV 360 and Stream customers.
Virgin 360 box and Stream
For customers with our 360 box or Stream, simply head to channel 508 (formerly Sky Sports Arena) to catch Sky Sports+. Or press the red button when you're on channels 501-508, 520, 532, 533, 534 and 535 to start enjoying all the live action from the EFL, men’s super league and both tennis Tours.
Virgin TV TiVo box and V6 box
Are you a Virgin Media customer currently watching Sky Sports on either our TiVo or V6 box? Then it’s time to take advantage of our latest offer. We’re giving eligible customers a free upgrade to our 360 boxes so you can continue to get the most out of your Sky Sports subscription. Login to your Virgin Media account to request the upgrade there or contact us on 0345 454 1111 (or 150 from a Virgin Media phone).

Don’t forget about the Sky Sports app, boasting a fresh new design and navigation for you to stream all your favourites. Sky Sports+ is accessible via event centres in the app. Watch on the go or at home on your mobile device.

We have now contacted all eligible Virgin TV customers with Sky Sports about the free upgrade to our 360 box. If you’re yet to hear from us, don’t worry. First, check your junk folder in case our emails have ended up there. If there’s no sign of your free upgrade, then please call us on 0345 454 1111 (or 150 from a Virgin Media phone).
Please allow up to 7 days for us to process your order after requesting your TV box upgrade.

No – as an existing Virgin TV customer, you’ll receive any new kit or equipment through the post. You’ll also get instructions to guide you through the easy setup.
Yes – if you’re a Virgin Media customer not yet subscribed to Sky Sports, then you’ll need to add this to your package first. You can do this by heading to your My Virgin Media account.
