    Code CS1027 means the TV box may be having a software issue

    Reboot the TV box by switching it off and on again at the power socket. Let the TV box start up for about 10 minutes, and after it's finished check if you can use your TV service.

    This code only affects our Virgin TV 360 boxes, 360 Mini boxes, and Stream from Virgin Media.
