What's happening?
We phased out our Pay As You Go service from October 2021 to February 2022.
We contacted you with the date your SIM would stop working. If you would like to switch to a Pay Monthly Plan or stick with Pay As You Go we have a few options for you – call 0345 600 0789 where our team can help guide you through the switching process.

Although our Pay As You Go service has now ended, you can still request a refund for up to a year after your closure, so call us on 0345 600 0789 to discuss this.
