Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions").
The Promoter
1. The Promoter is Virgin Media Limited, 500 Brook Drive, Reading, Berkshire RG2 6UU ("Virgin Media") (the "Promoter").
Promotion Period and Qualifying Purchase
2. The Promotion will commence at 00:01 (BST) on 11 March 2025 and will continue until the promotion is no longer made available by Virgin Media (Promotion Period)
3. The promotion is only available to Virgin Media customers who take out Mega Volt on an 18 month minimum contract during the Promotion Period.
6. The participant will receive their Gift within 28 days from their installation completion date. There is no redemption process required of the participant.
8. The promotion is subject to stock availability, will only be run until stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time.
9. Maximum of 1 (one) gift per address.
12. If you are a participant and the Gift is not received by 28 days from your installation completion date and you remain on an eligible contract, you should contact myreward@tlcrewards.com.
13. Gifts are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Virgin Media may substitute the Gift with another Gift of equivalent value at its own discretion.
14. We reserve the right to cancel and/or amend these terms and conditions and/or the promotion at any stage but we will only do so for reasons outside of our reasonable control. We will endeavour to minimize the effect of such cancellation or amendment on participants in order to avoid disappointment, which may include providing an alternative Gift if the original Gift becomes unavailable for any reason.

Eligibility
15. To be eligible to participate in the promotion you must be a legal resident (aged 18+) of either the United Kingdom (including Isle of Man or Channel Islands) or the Republic of Ireland ("Individual Participant") or a company registered in one of the same ("Company Participant"). For the avoidance of doubt, within these Terms and Conditions the term "Participant" shall be taken to refer to both Individual Participants and Company Participants (and the applicable plural) unless stated otherwise
16. To qualify for this promotion, the Promotion Product must be purchased via the Virgin Media website or over the phone via our Virgin Media contact centre .
Privacy and Data Protection –
17. By continuing with your purchase you consent to Virgin Media appointing a third-party processor of Personal Data for the fulfilment and delivery of the Gift. Virgin Media confirms that it has entered or (as the case may be) will enter with the third-party processor into a written agreement incorporating terms which are substantially similar to those set out in our Privacy Policy and in either case which Virgin Media confirm the terms reflect and will continue to reflect the requirements of relevant data protection legislation. As between you and Virgin Media, Virgin Media shall remain fully liable for all acts or omissions of any third-party processor appointed by it. You may withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to Virgin Media or by using the opt-out process outlined in the Virgin Media privacy policy .
General
18. Virgin Media shall not be liable for any interruption to the promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond its control.
19. Virgin Media reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the Terms and Conditions of the promotion.
20. Virgin Media will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Virgin Media; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the promotion.
21. Participants will be solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and any other relevant costs or expenses which are not stated in the Terms and Conditions as being included.
22. By participating in this promotion, you agree, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, to release and hold Virgin Media harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in or in connection with the promotion, including without limitation, awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the Gift. The above limitation of liability shall not apply to liability arising from fraud (including fraudulent misrepresentation), death or personal injury caused as a result of Virgin Media’s negligence.
23. The promotion is governed by the law of England and Wales.
What Virgin Media offers are available?
At Virgin Media, we offer certain deals and packages that give you a gift when you purchase certain products or services from us. Depending on what sort of deal you purchased, you may be eligible to receive either a hardware gift, a wine gift, or a gift voucher.
With certain Virgin Media packages, you may be entitled to a hardware gift. This can include gadgets and devices, such as free wireless speakers, a tablet, or even a TV.
With certain Virgin Media packages, you may be entitled to receive a gift voucher. This gift voucher provides you with an allowance to spend at a retailer of your choosing, with a great list of retailers to choose from.
With certain Virgin Media packages, you may be entitled to a wine gift from our partner Virgin Wines.
How to claim your Virgin Media offer
If you are receiving a Virgin Media gift of wine or hardware, your gift will be despatched to you once the set-up of your Virgin Media services is complete. If your Virgin Media package includes a voucher gift, you can expect to receive an email with an activation code to redeem your voucher online.

Hardware Gifts
For most gifts, our trusted partner Exertis will despatch your hardware gift within 28 days of the activation or installation of your Virgin Media services. Once your gift has been despatched, it should be delivered to you within 14 days.
If your gift is an iPad, purchased as part of a Mega Volt bundle promotion, another of our trusted partners, TLC, will dispatch your iPad within 28 days of the activation or installation of your Virgin Media services. Once your iPad has been dispatched, it should be delivered to you within 14 days
Voucher Gifts
Our trusted partner Edenred will send you a Compliments Select voucher code to your email address within 28 days of your Virgin Media services being installed or activated.
Wine Gifts
Our trusted partner Virgin Wines will despatch your gift within 28 days of your Virgin Media services being installed or activated. They will make sure you receive your gift within 14 days of it being despatched.
You can redeem Virgin Media gift vouchers through a simple online process. Edenred will send your Compliments Select voucher code to the email address you used to sign up to Virgin Media. This email will explain in more detail how to select a voucher for your chosen retailer and provide a link to the Compliments Select website. Here you can redeem your voucher code and Edenred will send it to you within 3-5 working days by standard post.
The value of your gift voucher will depend on the package you purchased with us.
I haven’t received my voucher
If the email containing your voucher code is not in your email inbox, check your spam or junk email folders for an email from email@codes.edenred.co.uk.

I haven’t received my gift
Remember, if you are receiving a Virgin Media free gift of hardware or wine, it can take an additional 14 days for your gift to get to you once it has been dispatched. It is possible that the courier attempted to deliver it while you were not at home. If they did attempt a delivery, they will drop a card through your letterbox letting you know how to rearrange your delivery.

Your gift provider will deliver your gift via the courier UK Mail. If you provide us with an up-to-date phone number, UK Mail will send a text to you on the morning of delivery to let you know they’re on their way.
Your gift will be sent to the name and address you provided when you joined Virgin Media. Your voucher will be sent to the email address you used to sign up.
Unfortunately, we can’t change the delivery address of your Virgin Media gift. Your gift will be delivered to the address you gave us when you joined Virgin Media, so make sure your details are correct when signing up.
If you have any problems with your gift, you will need to contact the provider.
If you have a problem with the wine gift you received, contact Virgin Wines on 0343 224 1001 within 48 hours of receiving your gift.
For problems with hardware gifts, contact Exertis on 01282 858 484 within 48 hours of receiving your gift. If your gift is damaged or you didn’t receive the correct gift, Exertis will arrange for a collection and send out a replacement. You can also have your gift replaced if it develops a fault within 28 days of you receiving it.

If your voucher doesn’t work, send an email to complimentselect-UK@edenred.com with the following information:

Your full name
Your home postcode
The 16-digit Compliments Select code that you were given.
Once the email has been sent, Edenred will get back to you within 2 working days.
You will need to redeem your 16-digit Compliments Select code within 90 days of receiving the email. If you do not redeem your code within this time, neither Virgin Media nor Edenred can re-issue it.
Once you have received your voucher in the post, you will have 12 months to use it at your chosen retailer.
You cannot exchange your voucher. You can only use your voucher in the store of your chosen retailer.
Neither Virgin Media nor Edenred can replace your voucher if it is lost or stolen, so please look after your vouchers and keep them safe.
