Add subscriptions to Flex on your Stream box
A. From the home screen, go to Apps > Subscriptions.
B. Select the premium channel or subscription you want to add.
Add a subscription online through My Virgin Media
A. Log in to My Virgin Media on your laptop, mobile or tablet.
B. Select View package > Flex and then Manage Flex.
C. Find the subscription you want, select Add. Then select Add again. Boom!
Remove a subscription
A. Log in to My Virgin Media on your laptop, mobile or tablet.
B. In Active subscriptions, select the one you want to cancel.
C. Select Cancel this pack > Yes, cancel it to confirm. Job done.
