In honour of International Day of Yoga this month, we’re hosting a yoga showcase on Virgin TV Showcase (CH 100) from 6am to 9pm on Friday 21 June in partnership with FIIT. There you’ll find back-to-back classes scheduled throughout the day ranging from 25 to 40 minutes, so you can easily slot a session into your busy schedule whenever it suits you.

This special showcase is available to all our customers at no extra cost. It doesn’t matter if you’re already an experienced yogi or a complete newbie – there’s a class for every ability, level and preference that you can take part in from the comfort of your home. It’s time to unlock your inner yogi with pro sprinter and yoga teacher Lina. Stretch sore muscles, challenge your strength and open up to the world of yoga.

Tune in to Virgin TV Showcase (CH 100) at 6.30am, 9am, 11.30am, 2pm, 4.30pm and 7.05pm

Master of mindfulness Richie will teach you how to control your breathing in tune with your movement, giving your mind and body time and space to relax and rebalance.

FIIT Yoga Rebalance Class: 40-minute class with instructor Pixie

Tune in to Virgin TV Showcase (CH 100) at 7.45am, 10.15am, 12.45pm, 3.15pm, 5.45pm and 8.30pm

Pixie’s motto is “yoga practice not yoga perfect”. She brings you an energy-shifting experience of Vinyasa flows, self-love and healing to nourish the body from the inside out.
