Make your Virgin TV 360 experience even more bespoke by creating a personal Profile for you and the rest of your household
By Virgin Media
We’ve all got different TV tastes. Some of us love to binge reality TV, while some of us need a brutal Scandi noir with ugly knitwear and subtitles to properly switch off. Both great options, but neither group wants to switch on their telly and find the other on their watchlist.
With Virgin TV 360, your TV experience is all yours. Set up your own Profile to carry on where you’ve left off, or skip to your favourite channels. Plus, get personalised recommendations that aren’t affected by what the rest of your household watches, so you get straight to the telly you actually like. To set up a Profile, simply follow these simple steps.
A. Press the Profiles button on the side of your Virgin TV 360 remote.
B. From here, you can select your Profile or add a new one by scrolling to New.
C. To switch into another Profile, simply hit the Profiles button again and select a different Profile.
You can create up to six Profiles so that everyone in the household gets the benefits. What’s more, once you set up your individual Profile on Virgin TV 360, your Profile will be shared on the Virgin TV Go app. That means your personalised TV experience will be accessible whether you’re at home or on the move.
Struggling to find the Profiles button? It’s on the side of your remote, and looks like this:
