The new season begins just a few weeks after season 9’s unforgettable finale, which saw the survivors stray into dangerous territory occupied by The Whisperers and their terrifying leader, Alpha (Samantha Morton).
Now, the survivors will be forced to weigh up the possibility of going to war with The Whisperers, who are able to call upon a huge horde of the undead should they go into battle. What’s more, paranoia, distrust and infighting could be about to spread within the survivors’ own ranks. Not good news when you’re planning for a scrap.
