Deals with a ‘£0 setup fee’ are available from time to time, so keep an eye out and you can save £35 by paying no upfront cost for broadband installation. Our offers are subject to change now and again, so we can’t always promise an absolutely zero upfront payment, as postage and activation costs may still apply depending on what deal we have running at the time.

There’s no special criteria you have to meet for our no upfront cost broadband. Simply enter your postcode at the top of the page and see what deals you can get offering no setup fee. If you’re interested in our rolling contract broadband or broadband with Flex TV, a setup fee will apply to these deals due to their added flexibility.

No setup fee
This promotion means you won’t pay the usual setup fee of £35. No setup fee is available on all bundles, broadband & phone, and broadband only packages. If you can set up using a QuickStart self-install pack, but choose to use an engineer for the installation, you’ll still be charged £30 for this service.
