When you become the account holder for a Volt deal, O2 will double the mobile data for every eligible Pay Monthly plan that’s registered in your name, at the same address. Or if you take a SIM with 250GB or more, as part of a Volt package deal, O2 will make the allowances Unlimited.
You can by having an eligible Virgin Media broadband package and an eligible Pay Monthly plan from O2 in your household. If you’re new to both Virgin Media and O2, you can get exclusive Volt benefits by selecting one of the Volt deals above.
You can switch to us at any time, meaning there’s no notice period no matter where you are in your current contract. You’ll stay connected while your old contact ends and ours begins, meaning no loss of service while you wait for everything to get set up. Because we’ll seamlessly switch you over, you’ll avoid overlapping bills – plus no awkward conversations with your current provider about why you want to leave.

This depends on the type of installation you need.
Our QuickStart self-installation kit can be with you within four days, and set up as soon as it arrives. If we need to send an engineer to visit to install cables, this may take longer, but you’ll be offered the next available installation date when you place your order.
If you’re switching your landline provider and moving your home phone number, it could take up to 10 days to move your phone number across.
Our new switching process only covers broadband and home phone. Some providers might cancel your TV service when you switch your broadband, and some need you to contact them to cancel TV separately. Your current provider will send you this info when you start switching. Either way, you can still grab TV packages from us.
Just let us know if you'd like to keep your number when placing your order. We'll get in touch with your current provider and try to transfer it across, and will let you know your options if this isn't possible.

No setup fee
This promotion means you won’t pay the usual setup fee of £35. No setup fee is available on all bundles, broadband & phone, and broadband only packages. If you can set up using a Self-Install pack, but choose to use an engineer for the installation, you’ll still be charged £30 for this service.
