Their rivalry is reignited, which leads to Maxime’s arrest and eventual prison escape. With a supervillain on the loose, Gru, his wife Lucy (Kristen Wiig) and their children – including newest addition Gru Jr – are forced to go on the run. And as always, trouble is never too far away for this family, especially when Bob, Stuart, Kevin and the rest of the Minions get involved in their chaotic way…
