With so much on the box, it’s always helpful to be up to speed on where you can find all the great channels available to you. And with Flex, we’ve packed all your favourite channels and entertainment subscriptions into one clever little box.
A reminder that Stream from Virgin Media is now called Flex. The change is nothing to worry about – you’ll still be able to enjoy your favourite TV content in the same way as you do today.
To get stuck into all this Flex goodness, head to the bottom of the page to download your channel guide and find out more about the channels you can get, plus your favourite paid-for subscription apps and premium TV channel collections. Then it’s up to you to go forth and get stuck into tons of terrific telly treats.

February changes to your channel guide
From Tuesday 4 February, all Virgin TV customers will have access to two new themed channels, at no extra cost: Hell’s Kitchen (CH 233) and Eggheads (CH 254).
On Tuesday 21 January, you’ll also have access to Love Pets (CH 245). This replaces Love Drama, which is leaving the service.

Download your Flex channel guide
Flex: Virgin Media broadband required (min. 50 Mbps). Not available with other Virgin Media TV services. Compatible with Hub 3 and above. Stream box requires an HDMI cable connected to TV.
