With so much on the box, there’s no better time to get bang up to speed on where you can find all the great channels available to you. And with Stream, we’ve packed all your favourite channels and entertainment subscriptions into one clever little box.
Recent changes to your Stream channel guide
From Thursday 7 November, GOLD HD and GOLD +1 becomes U&GOLD HD (CH 124) and U&GOLD +1 (CH 324) and Alibi HD and Alibi +1 becomes U&Alibi HD (CH 114) and U&Alibi +1 (CH 314). It’s the same brilliant TV as usual but just new names.
From Wednesday 16 October, Eden HD and Eden +1 becomes U&Eden HD (CH 176) and U&Eden +1 (CH 376). What’s more, it’s now available free to all customers, at no extra cost.
On Tuesday 15 October, you have two new themed streaming channels: Tipping Point (CH 251) and Mythbusters (CH 252). These are replacing Fear Factor and Wipeout Xtra, which are both leaving the service.
And if you love Christmas movies, Great! Romance (CH 424) is now Great! Christmas, showing the best in festive films all day, every day. It is also available to all Virgin TV customers. Ho ho ho, indeed.
Recent changes to your Stream service
Introducing a new area on our Stream box just for TV shows called… TV SHOWS, where you can find the latest episodes, whole series, your favourite TV channel or a genre you love.
Looking for inspiration? Find Top Picks and curated Collections in our FEATURED section showcasing hand-picked titles we know you’re going to love. It’s easy to find TV to enjoy here by going straight to your favourite genres, from comedy and drama to reality. Here you’ll also find shows from TV streaming apps, including both free apps (BBC iPlayer, Channel 4, ITVX, My5) and paid-for ones if you’ve signed up for those, such as Disney+ and Prime Video.
The STORE section gives you the best in telly to buy. SPORT has all the action to watch on demand. KIDS has loads of shows to keep the little ones entertained. The CHANNELS section does what it says on the tin, creating an easy way for you to dive right into your favourite channels.
Check out MOVIES to find the latest and greatest movies all in one place – to rent, buy or enjoy as part of your subscription. Whether you want big blockbusters fresh from the cinema, classics you watch time and time again or the best in indie cinema, our Top Picks and Collections sections in our FEATURED section will help you find them. Our STORE section, meanwhile, has the latest titles to buy or rent straight from the cinema.
Don’t forget My Watchlist also lets you save your TV guide picks, On Demand gems and app favourites so you can create your own personal playlist of great content. You can save telly from anywhere on our Stream box – whether you’re browsing the TV guide, the home screen, or searching for your favourite show. Please note: on your next bill, you’ll notice that your Stream service has a new name. There’s nothing to worry about – you’ll still be able to enjoy your favourite TV content in the same way as you do today.
