The Rook, starts Monday 1 July
This summer prepare for a supernatural thriller like no other – Virgin Media Original show, The Rook. It tells the story of Myfanwy Thomas (Emma Greenwell, Shameless), a woman who wakes up in London with no memory of who she is and no way to explain the circle of dead bodies around her.
When she discovers she’s a high-ranking official in the Checquy (Britain’s secret service for people with paranormal abilities), she’s forced to navigate the dangerous and complex world of the agency to uncover who wiped her memory and reveal why she’s a target.
Alongside Greenwell, the show features a stellar all-star cast, including Olivia Munn (The Newsroom, The Predator), Joely Richardson (Nip/Tuck), Adrian Lester (Hustle, The Day After Tomorrow), Ronan Raftery (Fantastic Beasts And Where to Find Them), Catherine Steadman (Downton Abbey) and Jon Fletcher (Genius).
Virgin Media customers will be able to watch The Rook exclusively from Monday 1 July. It will also be available on Virgin TV Ultra HD (CH 999). Plus, if you miss out, you’ll be able to catch up on the Box Set of the entire series in On Demand.
